The device will be configured and delegated to work with your UniSQ identity.
Upon Manager and Financial Delegate approval, the job will be submitted to ICT Services to configure the token for you. Note: UniSQ only allows the use of UniSQ issued Yubikey hardware tokens, as they need to be pre-programmed and configured with multiple configurations to work correctly in our environment. To complete this process, use the Service Catalogue, search for Yubikey and complete the Service Request If you have no work or personal device compatible with the app you can seek manager and financial delegate approval through for a Yubikey. The recommended and easiest authentication with Duo Security is via push notifications to a mobile device with the Duo Mobile app installed. When accessing certain resources, you will be prompted for not only your user name and password (single factor) but also Duo authentication (multi-factor aka 2 factor).
Yubikeys are the alternative option for authenticating with UniSQ’s Duo Security multi-factor authentication solution.
